The Manfrotto 237HD Heavy-Duty Flex arm is a great tool for positioning lights, gobos, reflectors, props, small LEDs, strobes, and speedlites. Capable of supporting loads up to 0.5 kg/ 1.1 lb this 55 cm/21.7-inch arm can be positioned as needed whether it be in studio or on location. Used by photographers, videographers, and the cinema industry this heavy-duty flex arm is used with a Super Clamp or a Nano Clamp (to use with a Nano Clamp a double-threaded adapter might be required). On one end of the flex arm, you will find a 16 mm/ 5/8 inch hex end with a 9.53 mm/ 3/8 inch female receiver, while at the other end you will find a traditional baby stud 16 mm/ 5/8 inch with a 6.35 mm/ 1/4 inch male thread.
