The XYZ Channel and the XYZ Mount make installing LED video walls a breeze. The 6061T6 aluminum alloy channel is pre-drilled on one inch centers for number 12 flathead screws to allow easy mounting to 16″ and 24″ on center studs. The XYZ mount slides in from the side to any desired location and is locked in place with a set screw. Available in two lengths, 1800 mm and 2400 mm, to match most LED panels.
The XYZ Mount and the XYZ Channel combine to make installing LED video walls a breeze. There are 1-1/2 inches of adjustment travel in all three axis’s, allowing for fine tuning the LED panels to their exact alignment. Since walls are not created plumb and flat, the XYZ mount system provides the needed flexibility for necessary adjustments.
